About the role: As an Occupational Therapist with Early Start Australia, you will have the opportunity to develop and extend your clinical practice in a friendly, well supported team in an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills. Our amazing multi-disciplinary team in Launceston enjoy a happy and collaborative work environment which offers true flexibility and a varied caseload. Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric, adolescent and adult caseload. Day-to-day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload, in terms of both age and modality of intervention. Provide direct and indirect therapy interventions. Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education and support. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes.

What we need from you: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy. Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment. A passion for working with clients to achieve their own goals, potential and participate in their community in a way that is meaningful for them. Compliance – AHPRA Registration, National Police Check, Working with Children check, NDIS Workers Screening check, First Aid Certificate, Driver’s License & Vehicle.
