Business Development Manager. Region: Riyadh (Riyadh). Business Development Manager. The hiring company is looking for a Sales Manager that is able to identify and generate new business. The candidate must have prior experience in generating business in GRC, fit-out, joinery and decorative glass/metal and interior design industry.

What you will do Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to generate new business opportunities and expand market presence. Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in construction companies - developers, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, and use this information to tailor sales approaches and proposals. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.

Collaborate closely with the engineering and project management teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client requirements. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback.

What equips you for the role Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. Applicants must have strong connections with Saudi Vision 2030 main clients (NEOM, RED SEA, Diriyah, Aramco). Proven track record in sales within the construction and GRC contracting industry, with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Strong knowledge of construction processes in GRC, GFRC, GRG and interior fittings field, from prequalification to completion, and other inter related products/services in the industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
