Job Description: We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our Vasli Prestige showroom. As the Sales Manager, you will embody our commitment to excellence by overseeing showroom operations, driving sales performance, and fostering an environment of unparalleled customer service. This role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to make their mark in the luxury automotive industry and shape the future of our brand.

Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and exceed performance goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including inventory management, pricing, warranty and Finance. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional buying experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop promotional campaigns and drive brand awareness. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Represent Vasli Prestige at events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a senior sales role. Deep knowledge of luxury vehicles and the automotive market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor.
