ABOUT THE POSITION. An exciting opportunity for a traditional Architectural practice experienced Senior Architect to progress their career, and get exposure to the construction side of the built environment. This opportunity is also suitable for an experienced Senior from a developer-friendly background, who is looking for a new challenge in a developer who is showing no signs of slowing down their impressive growth and market presence.

DUTIES. Lead multi-residential projects from inception through to completion. Manage your team and oversee documentation packages. Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Tertiary qualification in Architecture, ideally registered. Strong competency in Revit construction documentation. Proven experience in Class 2 residential projects.
