The Role We're excited to present an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer, where you'll engage in a customer facing role, delivering high quality IT support utilising technology in large environment. This role involves working on site with one of key players in the NZ FMCG industry.
In this role, you will be working on regular BAU tasks alongside ongoing projects and you'll be getting hands on with servers and networks. You'll be the technology subject matter expert onsite so confidence is key.
Your Profile: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficient communication skills, skilled in interacting with stakeholders various levels of the organization. Confidence to get involved in technical projects. Knowledgeable about diverse network technologies (CISCO, Fortinet, Ruckus). Ability to document procedures and processes. Proven expertise in handling Microsoft and HP products (Active Directory, Azure, O365). Outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to operate effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
