Position: IT Support Engineer

Location: Dubai Industrial City, Dubai

Salary: AED 3500 - 4000 per month

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent would be advantageous and preferred. Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, etc.) and network security concepts.
