About the role The Corporate Services program manages all financial, legal, compliance, insurance, property, payroll, vehicle fleet and information technology services for the organisation. The Information Technology Team maintains a sophisticated network of computing equipment and user protocols. There is a high level of diversity amongst the Information Technology team which is needed to meet the variety of needs and user experience. Information Technology Team are also responsible for the smooth operations of all office equipment as well as maintaining our Internet and Intranet based services.

The IT Support Specialist is primarily there to assist our workforce in gaining maximum benefit from MacKillop’s IT services. Supporting a range of desktop environments connecting to a variety of Microsoft products and applications, the role is required to problem solve and deliver satisfactory outcomes in a customer friendly manner.

This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity based in South Melbourne, VIC within our Corporate Services / Information Technology unit. The position reports to the Service Delivery Lead.

Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of two years of IT experience. A bachelor's degree in information systems and/or equivalent work experience or IT professional certification. Extensive knowledge in Microsoft platforms, especially Exchange Online, Active Directory, Endpoint, Teams and Defender. Fully proficient at LAN, WAN, and Wireless building, troubleshooting and testing. Please address the full Key Selection Criteria outlined in the PD as part of your application.
