In this role, you'll: Will be responsible for supporting the project team to deliver the project (Western Harbour Tunnel) on time through records management and document control management including design/management plan submission process. Conduct health checks to monitor integrity of system and maintaining document/design registers for weekly reporting. Process documentation, review systems and developing reporting tools required for the life of the project.

Champion commitment to, and compliance with, the application and utilisation of established Document Control systems (Team Binder), policies, procedures, and tools with internal users and with external parties. Initial contract till 29/05/2026. Role description.

About you: Demonstrated experience in a Document Controller role within a project environment with electronic records and document management systems; asset and/or engineering management systems; and project management systems. Have a Minimum 5 years’ experience on large projects within a construction environment. Team Binder experience or similar will be very highly regarded. Knowledgeable in JIRA or Objective system would be an advantage, but not necessary.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel is desirable; Advance Microsoft Excel is advantageous. Proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, as well as a strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communications are essential.
