ABOUT We Know Conveyancing is a boutique firm that prides itself on delivering top quality support to their clients. Our office is currently based in Glenroy, close to train station, restaurants and all day parking. We are looking for someone to join our growing team as a Team Assistant to assist our clients and other team members with their property transactions.

Team members are part of a family at our firm. We're looking for someone who is not only meticulous and detail oriented, but also enjoys being part of a close-knit team and learning together how to continuously better deliver services to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities: prepare documentation for banks, other external authorities and to clients, respond to email and phone queries from clients and external parties, provide guidance and support to other team members on their client files, oversee workload and service standards across the team, basic receptionist duties, general office administration tasks, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in office environment, strong attention to detail, proactive and willingness to learn.

Role Type: Full Time
