SANS SOUCI AGED CARE is a boutique privately operated residential facility situated in Lawson Street Sans Souci. We are looking for REGISTERED NURSES and ENROLLED NURSES to assist in the admitting and care for residents in this state-of-the-art facility.

The successful applicant will have knowledge of: Infection controls, Manual Handling, Caring and supporting the older person, Work, Health and Safety principles, Professional standards, Standards of care.

Responsibilities will include: Providing leadership to the clinical team. Working together in the clinical and wider team. Assessment and planning of care. Medication management and supervision of medication competent CSEs. Wound management. Continence management. Documentation.

Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing the Registered Nurse will be part of the Clinical Team and will be required to participate in meetings. Flexibility with Roster will be an advantage.

APRHA Registration This is a unique opportunity for the right people to progress their career in aged care. Immediate start will also be an advantage.
