Job Details: Operations Manager Has educational background specializing in F&B, Restaurant Administration and Hospitality. Has related experience of at least 5 years in managing an F&B entity, preferably cake & pastry shop / coffee shop. Should be able to do menu re-engineering, staff performance management - appraisal and training, manage the complete operations of the business, handle sales and marketing campaigns, P&L management, production quality control and management. Most critical requirement is the ability and experience in handling all aspects of pre-opening a branch inside a shopping mall.
