About the business Established in 2009, we are a busy and caring mobile dental service for aged care facilities across Perth. Over the last decade, Aged Care Dentistry has built a strong reputation as Perth's leading in-house dentist for the elderly. We are a private practice with a focus on supporting our small team.

About the role We are seeking an Oral Health Therapist or Hygienist. Hours are negotiable; however, however generally, a minimum of 6–8 hours is required, starting at 0800 or 0900 but this can be tailored to each individual. The position is to cover 2-3 days a week.

Benefits and perks The role is different from the mundane private practice setting and provides variation throughout the day. The business is fully equipped with the latest in mobile dental equipment and consumables. Full support and training will be provided, as Dr Bala will personally mentor and guide the applicant in the niche management of geriatric patients. The position will allow for flexible work hours, negotiable remuneration and a varied role. Due to the mobile nature of our business, the applicant will be entitled to tax benefits, including but not limited to all car-related expenses.

Skills and experience The right applicant should be a caring and confident individual who is physically fit and enjoys interacting with the elderly. Due to the mobile nature of the position, driving through the day is expected and is a welcome break for our current staff. Ideally, the applicant should have minimum 2 years’ experience.
