We are seeking a skilled IN Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an IN Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuration, traffic measurements, and performance management of the IN network. Your role will involve resolving network and equipment issues, detecting deficiencies, and predicting future degradations. You will contribute to procedure enhancements and ensure the network's performance remains at the highest level.

Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve network and equipment problems escalated by surveillance. Ensure timely resolution of service and network issues according to standards. Highlight network deficiencies and predict future degradations. Escalate system problems to relevant support units. Maintain control over software, hardware, and technical resources. Contribute to procedures and routine improvements. Take responsibility for network changes and process modifications. Swiftly address problems and monitor performance parameters. Provide daily reports to the IN team leader or manager. Attend technical meetings related to IN activities. Create and update maintenance routines. Analyze performance reports and optimize network performance. Implement software, hardware, and configuration changes. Design and implement tariffs and service classes. Investigate and troubleshoot disturbances.

Requirements: Good knowledge of GSM and WCDMA technologies. Experience in Linux OS system administration. Proficiency in database administration. Unix shell scripting skills. Programming skills. Knowledge of IP networking. Familiarity with HP hardware. Understanding of system integration. Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing demands. Strong problem-solving skills. Methodical and detail-oriented approach. Ability to work under tight time constraints. Analytical and investigative abilities. Focus on network and service performance. Willingness to work in shifts.
