HSE Supervisor, Region: Riyadh.

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor within the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have past experience working with Saudi Aramco and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices in line with industry regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HSE Management: Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations. Conduct regular HSE audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance. Insure compliance by the team with client HSE regulations on their premises, especially inside hazardous / restricted areas. Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance HSE monitoring, reporting, and training processes. Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees and contractors, ensuring awareness and compliance with safety standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness through regular workshops and seminars. Oversee HSE aspects of project planning, execution, and close-out phases, ensuring safety considerations are prioritized. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate HSE requirements into project plans and deliverables. Stay updated on HSE regulations and industry best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant. Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the company during inspections and audits. Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, incidents, and training sessions. Prepare and submit HSE reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications Education: a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental sciences, engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of dangerous goods, first aid practices, and environmental and industrial hygiene practices. Experience participating in audits and implementing HSE management systems. Good knowledge of ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable. Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), or other comparable HSE certification. Has previous experience and certification in work permits as a receiver.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry. a proven track record of working with Saudi Aramco or similar major oil and gas companies. Experience in conducting HSE audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
