Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. The HR Manager will manage and supervise the HR team, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the HR department.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates. Manage employee relations, including resolving issues and disputes, conducting disciplinary actions, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure optimal employee performance and development. Coordinate and manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Administer and oversee employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Maintain HR records, such as employment contracts, personnel files, and HR documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including policies and procedures.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least 5–10 years of experience in a managerial HR position. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
