We are currently hiring skilled plant operators for upcoming long- and short-term government projects. Excavators, Skid Steers, Tipping Trucks, and Graders. Varied work, metro area, operating modern, well-maintained equipment.

Responsibilities: Operate and maintain equipment to ensure efficient plant operations. Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Requirements: competency tickets and a white card. Proven experience as a plant operator or similar role in an industrial setting. Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and machinery. Knowledge of safety standards and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
