Height Access Manager, GDP Group. North Melbourne, Melbourne VIC. Building Trades (Trades & Services). Full time. $100k–$130k/annum + car/laptop/phone/super. GDP Group has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and passionate professional to join our national management team, heading up our Height Access business in our North Melbourne office.

As a company, we offer a diverse range of facilities management solutions, including construction, facade maintenance and cleaning, height safety installations, remedial services, and the maintenance, servicing and supply of building maintenance units (BMU's).

GDP Height Access is a leading provider of height safety and access solutions across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, servicing industries in building & construction, medical, education and institutional commercial & industrial property investors.  We provide installations and certifications of height safety equipment, including ladders, davit systems, anchors, walkways, platforms, etc.

To be successful in attaining this role, you will need to demonstrate. Previous success in managing teams. Experience within the height safety, construction or building services industries. Previous success in sales and business development. Strong leadership, communication and administrative skills. ability to price, tender and win works. Ability to work closely with others within the management team. preparedness to operate autonomously to further develop and grow the business unit. Understanding of relevant Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, Compliance Codes, and WHS Act and Regulations.
