About the Role: As a Senior full-stack Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the tech team. You will be responsible for designing and developing complex backend systems, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components, and optimising their platform for performance, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of robust, scalable backend systems using Java. Build dynamic and responsive front-end applications with React. Leverage AWS services and Docker for deployment and scaling. Manage Kubernetes clusters on EKS for container orchestration. Work autonomously, making critical decisions to drive project success.

What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a senior full-stack developer. Strong expertise in Java, React, and AWS; Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, particularly EKS. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
