Tracking and Shipping Associate

We are currently on the lookout for a talented Tracking & Shipping Associate to join our team.
Reporting to the Vendor Relations and Logistics Manager, this position will be responsible for ensuring that the vendors are up to-date from obtaining orders up until shipping. The successful candidate will be an acting liaison between the manufacturer, the carrier and the company, for order transmission to shipping concerns.
    Follows up with the manufacturer to ensure tracking information is entered on time.
    Registers shipments with the carrier.
    Contacts the carrier for any address changes or shipping upgrade requests.
    Point of contact of the carrier for customers where they are having issues with contacting to schedule an appointment and other delivery concerns.
    Point of contact of the vendor for any stock related issues.
    Flags system failures to the necessary department to ensure that orders are transmitted correctly to the vendor.
    Responsible for clearing out any emails from customers regarding cancellations, shipping address changes, shipping, emails from the manufacturer and tracking.
    Reconfirms cancellations through the system and ensuring that the customer is refunded correctly at timely manner.
Skills & Experience
    Ability to work independently and efficiently.
    Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word).
    Organized and skilled with time management.
    Superior written and verbal communication.
    Customer service oriented.
