Employment Type: Temporary full-time opportunities until May 30, 2025. Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with requirement to attend Bathurst or Sydney office when necessary.
Roles: 2 roles within Information Services at Spatial Services reporting to the Manager Design and Delivery. 1 role within Customer and Emergency Management Services at Spatial Services reports to the Delivery Manager, Products and Services.
About the team: The Live NSW Program is currently entering its final year of development and delivering the Spatial Digital Twin platform for NSW Government. The broader project team is made up of various disciplines across Spatial Services. The fast-paced nature of the work at the cutting edge of technology is both exciting and rewarding. Your day-to-day: Manage the development, facilitation, coordination and communication of initiatives and strategies, applying best practice methodologies to ensure organisational consistency and improved business performance. Manage and co-ordinate planning and processes to ensure all critical business functionality is tested and a quality system is delivered and accepted by key stakeholders.
Implement a structured project planning framework in accordance with approved standards and agile and best practice methodologies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and usability of systems and/or products. Identify and analyse existing business processes, systems and other functional requirements to document and recommend improvements to enhance business operations and performance.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Provide customer-focused services in line with public sector and organisational objectives. Think, analyse, and consider the broader context to develop practical solutions. Communicate clearly, actively listen to others, and respond with understanding and respect.
