About the role: Lead a team of Health & Safety Business Partners, coaching and supporting them to create a high-performance culture. Leverage your experience to partner with senior leaders to execute Health & Safety initiatives and priorities aligned to the H&S strategy and roadmap. Partner with and influence leaders across H&S ownership and the best ways of working. Develop and lead safety improvement programs to drive efficiencies across process and enable improvements in compliance performance.

About you: You're engaging and have the ability to lead change through conversation. Be able to work in a calm and considered way yet within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Tertiary qualifications in OHS or a related discipline. Strong operational Health & Safety experience in blue-collar/high-risk industry environments.
