French + 1 language Customer Service

Our client, one of the medical devices companies in Ireland and currently expanding their operation in Dublin South. At present they are looking for French speakers with another European language and a passion for the customer support to join their team. Located just 5 minutes from the Luas this is an excellent opportunity to develop within one of the fastest growing companies in Ireland.

For these positions my client is looking for is candidates who speak French AND one other European language fluently.

The Role:

    Answer inbound phone calls/Emails/Faxes/Chat from consumers inquiring about products or services.
    Document all contacts in CRM software, verifying customer contact information, place of purchase, product line, product, reason for call and resolution
    Liase with customers to solve any issues they may have

Requirements:

    Previous experience in a customer service environment (1 year minimum)
    Good IT knowledge
    Fluency in French AND one other European language is essential
    Fluency in another German is a distinct advantage
    Knowledge of cars and the automotive industry an advantage but not essential
