The Role: Due to internal growth and recently awarded projects, they are seeking a Contracts Administrator with the following skills and experience:. Bachelor of Construction or Engineering. Worked on Commercial, Industrial or Residential. Understanding of earthworks and civil engineering is advantageous. Subcontractor management. be able to manage negotiations. Managed variations and claims. Procurement. Creation of contracts and contract close out. Produce scopes of work. Project Administration. Strong computer skills. Above-average communications skills, both verbal and written. Motivated and driven, along with strong presentation skills.
