Food Service Supervisor, Subway. Location: 4434 Innes Rd., Unit #1, Orléans, ON. Salary: 17.00 to 19.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week. Full time. Day, Night, Weekend, Shift, and Morning. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years. Work site environment. Noisy. Work setting. Food service establishment. Fast food outlet or concession.

Responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. Ensure that food and services meet quality control standards. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and waste. Prepare and submit reports. Establish work schedules.
