As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with our property managers in a positive and open environment to provide world-class service to our landlords and connect tenants with their ideal rental properties.

The Role: is to respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and web. Create and maintain a database of prospective tenants. Organize photography and copy for all rental properties according to our agency standards. Advertise and market properties for lease. Conduct open and private inspections. Report on inspections and application progress to Property Managers. Process tenancy application forms and complete reference checks in a timely manner. Prepare lease sign-ups, bond lodgements, and move-in documentation. Conduct condition reports and routine inspections. Perform ad hoc administrative duties. Assist with property management duties as needed.

The Candidate: Real Estate Certificate, car, and driver's license. Background in Property Management/Customer Service. good understanding of the real estate market is desirable.
