Roles and Responsibilities Panel Technician: You are responsible for carrying our panel repairs (demonstrating and building on your skill set) to various makes and models of vehicles.

Key Accountabilities: Contribute to the WPA Health & Safety frameworks by submitting hazard and incident report forms and working safely to protect yourself and others from harm/injury.?Carry out small to medium repairs on all makes and models. Weld On-panel replacements: various skill-level options. Maintain the cleanliness of the immediate work environment, including all machinery, work bay tooling & equipment. Ensure all work is of high quality, & WPA quality standards are maintained at all times through required stages.

In addition to your technical skills, the attributes we are looking for are: being positive, Self-Motivated, and enjoying working in a team environment. The Rewards. This position will be Full-Time permanent, 40 hours per week, with the option to work additional hours if you wish. WPA's Employee Engagement & Development System: health checks and road map view every three months with Managing Director & Operations Manager.
