A locally owned Disability Support business is looking for a talented Team Leader to manage their existing team. With a fantastic salary, Monday to Friday work week (plus only 1 in 5 weekends on call with allowances) and a fuel allowance, this role is an excellent opportunity to apply your leadership skills and disability support knowledge.

Responsibilities: Interviewing and onboarding of new staff. Maintain weekly roster & rostering staff leave requirements. Organise and facilitate staff training & performance management. Assist with incident reporting and risk management. Meet new clients & understand client needs including rostering requirements. Monitor client goals & any health or mobility changes. Attend stakeholder meetings.

Skills and experience: The ideal candidate will be a leader who’s passionate about working with people with a disability and understands the inner workings & requirements of the disability support industry. Previous industry experience required. Evidence of leadership ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Client orientated with genuine desire to support your customers. Enjoy leading a team and building a positive environment.
