ABOUT THE POSITION: In the role of Project Engineer, you will be integral to their project teams, driving the planning, design, and implementation stages of their projects. This position demands exceptional technical skills, clear communication, and a dedication to achieving superior project outcomes, particularly in subdivisions and earthworks.

DUTIES: Develop, coordinate, and supervise all phases of project activities, with a focus on engineering techniques and sequencing. Assess and revise project specifications and plans to ensure they meet required standards. Perform site visits and hold regular meetings to verify adherence to engineering standards and safety guidelines. Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure project quality and efficiency. Keep detailed project records, including compliance and progress reports.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated experience in technical and project management roles within the civil construction industry; extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and modern industry practices, with a focus on subdivisions and earthworks; strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage project teams; bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; proficiency with engineering software and project management tools.
