Saudi Arabian company providing services to the whole GCC region is looking to fill multiple positions.

including: Projects Manager, Construction. Onsite: Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule, supervising a team of engineers and technical staff, and providing guidance, direction, and support to foster a collaborative and effective work environment. Maintain a deep understanding of technical principles, industry standards, and emerging technologies relevant to our field. Collaborate closely with teams across multiple departments, including engineering, design, procurement, and operations, to achieve project success.

Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing technical inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies for resource allocation, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve project outcomes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and company policies throughout project implementation.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; Advanced degree (such as Master's or MBA). At least 5 years of experience in a technical management role. Follow up on deliverables and master project management methodologies and tools. Obtain a PMP or PE certification, experience in dealing with engineering surveying and construction of Class A and Class B buildings, a proven track record of successfully managing complex technology projects from concept to delivery, strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate teams and achieve results.
