Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical. Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in artificial lift system design,
implementation, and optimization, preferably experience with the artificial lift service
companies In-depth understanding of reservoir and production engineering principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and leadership capabilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to travel to field locations as needed.
