About the role: We are seeking a Senior Pastor who is equally passionate, relational and spiritually led to see kingdom transformation.

Responsibilities would include: Supporting the spiritual growth and development of the community through preaching His word and its application. To build and foster a connected and cohesive culture alongside the community. Oversee spiritual health of the community and be accountable for day-to-day church operations, including driving outreach beyond the four walls. To lead diverse and multi-gifted ministry teams and operational staff in pursuit of our Vision.

Theological Education: Completion of Formal training in theology

Relational Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to foster connection, collaboration, and kingdom networks

Disciple Maker: Ability to develop others in disciple-making and unlocking their giftings

Mission Heart: A genuine passion for mission

Relational Preacher: Grounded in blibical foundations with real-world application and personal activation.
