Position: Field Worker. Location: SouthPoint Green Grocers. Type: Full-Time. Do you have a passion for fresh produce and hands-on experience in fruit and vegetable handling? Key Responsibilities: Handle and sort fresh fruits and vegetables with care, ensuring quality and freshness. Manage stock levels, including receiving, organizing, and storing produce. Implement effective display techniques to highlight the freshness and appeal of our produce. Assist with daily operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to produce handling. Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements: Proven experience in fruit and vegetable handling and stock management. Strong knowledge of produce types, quality standards, and proper storage practices. Expertise in produce display techniques to maximize visual appeal. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
