Supervisor, Food Services, Dairy Queen Hillside. Location: 1605 Hillside Avenue, Victoria, BC. Salary: 18.50 to 21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 hours per week. Full time. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education: secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years.

Responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. Hire food service staff. Ensure that food and services meet quality control standards. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and waste. Prepare and submit reports. Prepare food order summaries for chef. Establish work schedules.
