Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist, Puro Clean Kelowna. Location: 2648 Kyle Road, Gellatly, BC. Salary: 28.85 hourly, / 40 hours per week. Full time. Starts as soon as possible. Responsibilities: Direct and control daily operations. Evaluate daily operations. Plan and organize daily operations. Plan and prepare work schedules. Select and employ trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities. Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications. Develop and implement marketing, advertising and sales strategies. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications. Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors.
