Responsibilities: Monitor the calving process. Monitoring animal health. Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings. Purchase machinery, livestock, seed, feed and other supplies. Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown and livestock to be raised. Maintain financial and production records. Perform general farm duties. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Soil fertility programs. Supervision. 3-4 people. Experience and specialization. Equipment and machinery experience. Feeding and watering system. Fertilizer applicator, Harvesters, Seed drill, Tractor, Truck, Area of specialization, Cattle breeding, Cattle genomics.
