Finance Manager, Home Integrity Building Consultants. Subiaco, Perth WA. Financial Managers & Controllers (Accounting). Part time. $120k plus super (negotiable) (pro-rata).

We are seeking a finance manager who is both forward-thinking and details-oriented to be part of our growth story. This role is part-time, 2-3 days per week.

Job Summary: The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of Home Integrity, provide financial support to the leadership team, and ensure the integrity of our financial information. This role supports the growth of the business and involves working at all levels, from high-level financial initiatives to hands-on accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and capable of managing the diverse requirements of a growing SME, ensuring our financial health and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable and payable. Prepare financial reports, including monthly board reports and cash flow forecasts. Oversee payroll and general financial operations. Develop and monitor budgets. Provide financial decision support to the CEO and COO. Maintain and improve financial systems and processes. Oversee the preparation and lodgement of BAS/IAS. Respond to real-time issues.

Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 3-5 years in a finance management role. Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA or CA qualification. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills. Proficiency in financial software (we use Xero) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attributes. Solution-focused and proactive. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a growing organisation. Prepared to work at all levels, from strategic advising to hands-on accounting tasks. Desirable. Experience with budgeting software and reporting tools like Power BI. Exposure to Australian Company Income Tax.

Benefits: Salary of $120,000 plus super per annum (pro-rata), negotiable depending on experience.
