We seek an experienced and enthusiastic property stylist to join our dynamic team, initially casually.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced property stylist who will be responsible for creating visually stunning and sale-ready spaces for our property vendors and sales agents. This position is physically demanding and fast-paced, requiring a blend of creativity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Property styling: develop and implement interior concepts that align with market trends and client preferences, enhancing property appeal. Furniture and Décor Selection: Choose and arrange furniture, artwork, accessories, and décor items to create aesthetically pleasing environments.

Bump In: Set up furniture and décor items efficiently to achieve a welcoming and visually attractive space.

Bump Out: Coordinate and manage the removal of styling items after the property has been showcased.

Creative Vision: Apply innovative and imaginative styling approaches to make each property unique and memorable.

Requirements: Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year in property styling, design, or real estate staging. Design Expertise: Understanding of interior design principles, colour schemes, furniture layouts, eye for detail, and spatial aesthetics. Bump-In and Bump-Out Experience: Experience in efficiently executing bump-in and bump-out processes. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and real estate professionals.

Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

Creativity: innovative thinking and delivering fresh styling concepts.

Flexibility: Willingness to work on a casual basis, including extended hours as needed.

Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work well with colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate market trends and how styling impacts property sales and rentals.

Additional Information:

Position Type: Casual, with potential for full-time for the right candidate.

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience.
