About the role: Are you a talented hairdresser or senior stylist looking for an exciting new opportunity? TONI AND GUY ARMADALE, a leading hair and beauty salon in the heart of Armadale, VIC 3143, is seeking an experienced full-time Hairdresser and Senior Stylist to join their dynamic team.
What you'll be doing: Providing exceptional haircutting and styling services to our diverse clientele. Color is a plus. Maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Keeping up to date with the latest hair trends and techniques and sharing your knowledge with the team. Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon through your expertise and dedication.
What we're looking for A minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a hairdresser or senior stylist in a professional salon environment. Strong technical skills in cutting and styling. Color knowledge and application are a plus. An eye for detail and the ability to creatively interpret client requests
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
