Responsibilities: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware. Place dishes in storage area. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand. Package take-out food. Portion and wrap foods. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables. Take customers' orders. Experience and specialization. Equipment and machinery experience. Conventional oven. Electronic cash register. Food dispensers.
