About The Company: Top-tier builder with a huge presence in the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. Current roles on offer are a mix of offsite and site-based. These are varied from Sydney CBD to Sydney Metro areas. These opportunities are to work on some of the most iconic projects in Sydney currently.

About The Role: This role provides specialist HSE support and advice to all project management staff, subcontractors and workers, with a specific focus on the company's management system, training, consultation, monitoring and governance support to ensure all company HSE policies and procedures and regulatory requirements are implemented at the project level and are effective.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans. Ensure legislation is adhered to. Provide training & advice to team members and subcontractors. Conduct reviews and risk analysis. Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders. Incident investigation and reporting.

Skills & Experience: Minimum Cert IV in OH&S. 3–5+ years in a WHS role within in the commercial industry. Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential. Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation. Experience working on new build projects $50M +. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines. Excellent communication skills & problem-solving skills
