About the Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality person-centered clinical care to all residents within this medium-sized care service. Working collaboratively with your leadership team & other clinical team members, you will ensure each resident feels included in daily decisions of their care & lifestyle needs, ensure quality standards are met & maintained, & support the accurate completion of all relevant documentation.

Main Duties: Provide high-quality clinical care to residents. Review, update, and ensure accurate completion of resident documentation. Ensure a safe home environment for all residents. Support with funding (AN-ACC) assessments & documentation. Mentor, training & leadership of care team members.

Skills & Requirements: AHPRA RN registration with Australian aged care experience. Understanding of aged care standards & quality indicators. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Understanding or willingness to learn the AN-ACC funding system. Up-to-date Flu & Covid vaccinations.
