THE ROLE: Localcoin is hiring an Account Executive in Melbourne, Australia, to expand business relationships with existing and new clients, including franchise and independent partners. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in acquiring prime retail space to place Localcoin's. Bitcoin Kiosks and other products. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining relationships with the existing retail partners and franchises, building the Localcoin brand in Australia by securing new retail partnerships and expanding our presence in the market. This role requires frequent travel and a target-driven mindset. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Acquire prime retail space for our Bitcoin Kiosks and other products in retail and franchise locations across Australia. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for placement of products by coordinating with retailers, operations, and marketing team. Lead generation through cold calling, field visits, and outreach to current partners. Manage the contract renewal process for all existing partners, which includes contract negotiation and close to maximize client retention. Effectively onboard and manage retail partner relationships, ensuring regular touchpoints to maximize satisfaction and competitive advantage. Educate clients on the benefits of Localcoin products and services within retail locations. Provide high-quality support to our retail partners by listening, understanding, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Manage inquiries on current contracts with our retail partners such as change in ownership, change in terminal location, or retail location renovations. Create opportunities to expand business with existing partners by identifying business needs and presenting a solution during the course of the relationship. Collaborate with operations, sales and finance teams to ensure any changes with the retail partners/contracts are reflected into Localcoin internal systems. Travel to client sites to conduct in-person meetings, which include understanding client concerns, handling disputes, contract renewals and location audits. Stay up to date and understand client trends and information, i.e organizational structure and decision-makers, financials, and competition. Strive to achieve monthly targets and KPI’s.
WHAT WeLOOKING FOR Minimum 3 years of B2B sales and account management experience. Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce, FreshDesk or Hubspot. Outgoing and highly customer-centric individual who is passionate about providing a positive experience for all of Localcoins partners. Strong listening, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively to individuals over the phone, in person, or through other communication channels. Experience with Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). The ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, high-growth culture. A proven record of achieving/exceeding quarterly targets. Strong and demonstrated interest/knowledge in the cryptocurrency market. Have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
