My client is seeking a committed and professional Executive Assistant to join a prestigious real estate team and agency located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. As the Executive Assistant to this high-level agent and team. You play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency of the team. Mainly, your role will be to provide support to the team in all aspects. Managing the business includes organising the teams schedules, overseeing the the residential sale documentation, and ensuring it is an effective business unit.

Responsibilities: Efficiently manage lead agent's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate residential documentation processes and liaise with relevant parties as and when required.

Assist the agent during auctions and related activities with a thorough understanding of the auction process (mid-week only).

Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations with a high attention to detail.

Maintain professional and clear communication between vendors, buyers, solicitors, and the sales team.

Prepare appraisal, prelist, and settlement kits. Create marketing collateral for new listings, including signage, brochures, flyers, and online marketing. Launch listings to market (between 6-8 per month).

The Candidate: Professional with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing superior customer service. Previous experience as a sales PA/EA in the real estate industry. Current NSW registration certificate and a valid driver’s license. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Multi-task effectively. Competence in managing deadlines.
