Responsibilities: Calculate cost of travel and accommodations. Handle reimbursement in case of transportation and hotel reservations cancellation. Perform general office duties. Sell travel products and travel insurance. Attend to cancellations and schedule changes. Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system. Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs

Credentials. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses. Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA). Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO). Experience and specialization. Computer and technology knowledge. MS Office. Sabre. Travel bookings. Business travel. Leisure travel.
