The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with customers, assist with waste handling, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Location: Brooklyn, VIC. Position Type: Potential Tempo to Perm for the Right Candidate. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (OT and weekend work available as needed). Pay Rate: $40.41 per hour.

Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers regarding waste drop-off locations. Assist in pushing and managing waste. Pre-pick and sort recoverable materials using a material handler. Complete daily pre- and post-checks and any required paperwork. Load materials into shredders or trucks.

Essential Licenses. Front End Loader License. Excavator License. Desirable Qualifications. Experience in the waste industry. HR License/Water Truck Ticket is a bonus. Ideal Candidate Attributes.
