Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read blueprints, plans, and construction documents. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
