Pastry Chef, Region: Riyadh (Malaz).
We are looking for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef with a strong passion for artisan baking, specializing in croissants, pastries, and cakes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, innovative, and have experience in producing a wide range of high-quality baked goods. Responsibilities: Prepare, bake, and decorate croissants, pastries, and cakes, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency. Develop new and creative recipes, maintaining a balance between tradition and innovation. Oversee inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure freshness and manage waste.
Adhere to health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with the team to plan seasonal and event-specific menu items. Manage time and meet deadlines efficiently, especially during peak hours.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role, specializing in croissants, pastries, and cakes. Culinary certification or relevant baking qualifications are preferred. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including lamination for croissants. Creativity and ability to produce visually appealing and delicious pastries and cakes. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
