Food Service Supervisor, Subway. Location # 110-382 Lerwick Road Courtenay, BC. Salary: 18.50 hourly / 40 hours per week. Full time. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and waste. Prepare and submit reports. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Establish work schedules. Supervision. 5-10 people.
