Applications are sought from experienced payroll officers to join the Finance Team at the Howard Springs campus on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with commencement as soon as possible.

The payroll officer is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant payroll function, including processing fortnightly pays using PaysOnline, calculating and responding to employee queries, maintaining payroll records, and other duties as directed by the finance manager.

The position requires a person with acute attention to detail, excellent customer service, a focus on quality, and a desire to continuously improve organisational practices. Recent Australian payroll experience is essential.

What We Offer: 6-month fixed-term contract, part-time 0.6 FTE, either Monday-Wed or Friday-Tue. 3 days per week. Remuneration is the pro rata equivalent of $75,732pa + 11.5% super + 6 weeks annual leave + annual leave loading. Free on-site parking. Applications close on Monday, 2 December 2024.
