Registered Nurse, Hills Allergy & Specialists Clinic. Bella Vista, Sydney NSW. Nursing - General Medical & Surgical (Healthcare & Medical). Casual/Vacation. $50 – $60 per hour. Hills Allergy and Specialists Clinic is a private medical specialist practice located in Bella Vista, NSW. We aim to provide high-quality healthcare through exceptional service to our patients (of all ages).

We are seeking a dedicated, well-organized, experienced, and highly motivated Registered Nurse who is empathetic and can build a good rapport with patients (pediatrics and adults) and carers. This role will suit someone who is looking to work in a private practice setting utilizing their clinical skills to provide a high standard of care and support to patients.

Key duties: Skin Prick Testing. Supervised food/drug allergy challenges for children and adults. Patient education (allergen avoidance, anaphylaxis education, eczema care). Administration of sublingual and subcutaneous Immunotherapy. Administration of sub-cutaneous biologic agents. (on-site training will be provided for Skin Prick Testing, Anaphylaxis Education, and Food Challenges)

Selection criteria: Currently registered as a Registered Nurse with APHRA. Minimum 5 years' experience. Current unrestricted work rights in Australia. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good computer skills and attention to detail. Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize workloads. Work effectively in a team environment. Consistently be aware of and comply with Workplace Health and Safety requirements. Working With Children Check clearance. COVID vaccination up to date.
